Friend Referral Scheme
Energy Kidz are Proud to offer a Friend Referral Scheme.
The purpose of the Employee Referral Bonus Plan is to provide a cash incentive award to a current employee who brings new talent to the company by referring applicants who are subsequently selected and successfully employed*.
This policy applies to all club staff employees.
When a permanent employee recommends a qualified individual for a valid opening, and the referral is hired as an employee, a referral bonus of £50 will be when the new employee has successfully completed their probation period.
Referrals will not be accepted for any family members (direct or indirect) or spouse of the Hiring Manager involved. Where this does not apply referrals of family members or spouses will be considered.
Both the employee who made the recommendation and the employee who was hired must be employees at the time the bonus payment is made.
The referring employee should email the referred candidate’s CV to HR prior to HR contacting the candidate to pursue the employment process.
No limit is made to the number of referral fees paid to employees, provided they meet the above criteria. In the event that more than one employee recommends the same person, the referral fee will be paid to the employee who filed the recommendation with the HR department first.
