Reach for the Stars Recap

Our first Summer week has flown by and our blockbuster theme that has premiered the Summer Holidays has certainly wet the appetite for more fun and adventure in the coming weeks! We hope that you and your children enjoyed the first week as much as we did.

Reach for the Stars Week saw the children creating Star Mobiles, baking and decorating some yummy BAFTA Biscuits, taking a stroll down the Energy Kidz Walk of Fame, getting outside to enjoy the sunshine with our Aqua Kidz activities and so much more!

Construction Kidz: Star Mobiles

Our brand new Holiday Club at Katesgrove Primary School in Reading, created amazing Star Mobiles to hang up on their tree in the playground – what a great idea!

Cooking Kidz: BAFTA Biscuits

Look at these amazing BAFTA biscuits created by St John’s CE Primary School in Maidstone – we love them!

Hemdean House School in Caversham are sticking to the theme with delicious star shaped biscuits.

Keeping it glitzy just like the BAFTAs, St Mary’s Independent School in Southampton (another new club!) decorated their biscuits with shiny silver balls!

Aqua Kidz: The Crowd Goes Wild With Water

Competitive Sponge Races took place at Banister Primary School in Southampton.

Action Kidz: An Energy Kidz Puppet Show

Evendons Primary School in Wokingham paired up to make their sock puppets for the highly anticipated Energy Kidz Puppet Show!

Hilltop First School in Windsor had the same idea, earning their stripes with these colourful puppet characters!

Talent Kidz: Energy Kidz’ Got Talent

The judges were up on their feet for the children’s performances at Willow Bank Junior School in Woodley. (left)

Proving that Energy Kidz definitely has got talent, we have our winners at Willow Bank (above). The girls belted out a fantastic rendition of their favourite song to take home the title!

A couple of lucky children managed to bag themselves some VIP passes to go backstage at the Thomson House show in Mortlake!
